The names and logos of our partner organizations belong to those organizations and are used with permission for informational purposes. No license or right is granted by your use of the Site.
4. Grant applications and correspondence
The Site provides forms that build a draft email in your own mail client. Sending that email is your action, not ours. Submission of an application is not an offer, contract, or promise of any grant. We review applications at our sole discretion and on our own schedule. We do not guarantee a response to any inquiry. Do not include third-party personal information, medical records, financial account numbers, or other sensitive data in your correspondence — we ask only for what is necessary to evaluate your work.

7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TAFF disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation, and freedom from viruses or other harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall TAFF, its founders, trustees, officers, employees, volunteers, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
